• For this assignment, you will create an A-Z booklet of diseases.
• You will find one disease per letter of the alphabet.
• You will use one letter per page.

• For each disease, you will cover:
  • definition of the diseases (what is it?)
  • signs and symptoms (what/how do you feel when you have the disease?)
  • causes (how do you get the disease?)
  • prevention (what can you do NOT to get the disease?)
    
  • treatment (how do you get better?)

• Your booklet must contain:
  • Cover page that includes:
    • the title of the assignment
    • a picture or illustration
    • your name
    • the date the assignment is due
    • your class period
  • Table of Contents that lists one disease per letter of the alphabet
  • A page per letter of the alphabet that includes:
    • a letter of the alphabet
    • all requirements to describe each disease (see above)
    • a picture, illustration, or diagram
